REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

At The Balanced Brain, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality services. We offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase for unused sessions.

To be eligible for a refund, the session must not have been rendered. You can start the refund process by contacting us at office@thebalancedbrain.com.

You can also request a refund for unused sessions at any time. If you wish to discontinue services, you have the right to do so and will be refunded any remaining money paid for unused sessions within 10 business days.

SERVICES

Services at The Balanced Brain are provided on a subscription basis. Our packages of sessions (20 hours) are charged in advance of services being rendered. You will be notified in advance of the expiration of your current package and will receive a new invoice.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot offer refunds for sessions that have already been rendered. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on sale sessions or gift cards.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Once we receive your refund request and it is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at office@thebalancedbrain.com.
