Initial Consultation Upon contacting our office, we will schedule a free 30 minute office visit, which will answer any basic questions you may have about Neurofeedback and how it can benefit you or your loved one.
Comprehensive Evaluation This visit takes 2 - 3 hours and includes an extensive clinical interview, a continuous performance test with analysis and written report, development of a treatment plan to address your particular goals and an introductory Neurofeedback session to begin implementing those goals.
Neurofeedback sessions Scheduled 2 -3 times per week for maximum benefit. A course of 20 sessions is required to allow for meaningful reassessment.
Fee for service plan
Services at The Balanced Brain can be paid on a fee for service basis. This is the traditional model, in which payment is made at the time the service is delivered, as in psychotherapy services.
If your health insurance plan covers our services, you will use the fee for service approach. If you have Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Medical Savings Account (MSA), you may be able to use this plan to pay on a fee for service basis.
Low monthly payments
The Balanced Brain also gives you the option of paying a discounted amount for a "package" of sessions. A 5% discount is available for prepayment of 10 sessions and a 10% discount is available for prepayment of 20 sessions.
If you are not able to make use of health insurance coverage to pay for our services, you may want to consider these options. You could make use of your HSA or MSA or use a home equity credit line to pay for your services.
